This is a plush snowman and is very soft.  On the hat is embroidered Cherish.  She wears  an off white dress and jacket with red / cranberry plaid cuffs and edging on the bottom of her dress with hearts.  Her pocketbook over her shoulder is the same fabric.  The inside of the hang tag says the following.
